Corrected error when using ODBC with date fields, if using existing database and it is added a new record. The new record was also not saved after error.

Encode
Mag stripe refresh problem for front and back views
Detector refresh problem on magnetic stripe data view if something was written on data to encode (track3), and then choose JIS encoding (the last track is greed). He data should disappear but kept there, which means the data was not refreshed after choose the encoding method.
Mag Stripe data refresh when connected to database
Corrected refresh when connected to a database, and magnetic tracks are encoded with database information, only the first record was viewed correctly. When going to next records the data did not refresh.

NEW Workspace and toolbar Revision

Create new toolbars, review icons and revise shortcuts
Some icons implemented are index icons that when pressed reveals a secondary toolbar. Once a certain icon is selected the index icon is replaced by the selected function, so if that icon is clicked again, the selected function is repeated.
A new long click (1 sec) will call the secondary toolbar again and allow to repeat the process.

NEW DB sorters icon revision

When switching between portrait and landscape, optionally and if there is objects on the card, it is proposed to the user to rotate the objects and their relative position with the goal that when rotating the card the look can be the same.

Now is possible to specify the card size instead of using the defaults listed. This option is very usefully when using the paper printers in which the card sizes may be oversize. The custom card format have a maximum of 8 x 5 ".

SPR Image Tools on db field after TWAIN acquisition
When connecting to a database with photo field, go to database properties and uncheck the option “Show Image Tools”, then if acquire via TWAIN to photo field the Image Tools box appeared always.

SPR External contactless encoder plug in error
When doing external contactless encoding, the system includes by default a space between the arguments and the data to encode. To solve this it was implemented the same behavior as in contact encoding by removing space character.

Setup - Reboot warning
Reboot warning window was removed due to no need of existence.

Maximizing of window was not possible during a print job.
When a print job of several cards was started and the window of CardFive was minimized it was not possible to maximize it again. "Maximize" and "Restore" were grayed-out in the menu and it was not possible to see for instance error messages during printing.

Spaces on concatenation
When using the concatenation source to combine 3 fields/ 2 separators, it had the correct behavior if the middle filed was not empty.
This implementation included a checkbox to ignore first separator if second field is empty. Second separator will be kept to be used as separator between 1st and 3rd field.

Contactless keys not attached to Card Manufacture
Initial keys are completely independent from the chip-manufacturer, so default manufacturer names were replaced by : Key FFFFFFFFFFFF or A0-A5, B0- and when clicking “Manufacturer Keys” a combo box will appear and allow to create and edit a list of desired keys. The one that is showed in the "Contactless Card Type" tab will be the first on the list.
Cancel print Job when IC Encoder
When it was given the order to print and encode and the encoder was not present user did not have the possibility to cancel job. Now is possible to do it by clicking cancel on window.

DB Position problem

Database disconnection and connection
When inserted a photo field into the card, delete the object, database disconnect button stayed grayed and would not allow to disconnect. 
When connecting to CSV database, placed fields using drag-and-drop, save and closed card. If the name and data of the last column in the CSV file was changed, when the card was open again, deleted the items and disconnected from the database, the application would not allow to use this card to connect to a database anymore.

Extend Export Tool functionality
All images inserted in CardFive database using Insert Object option could not be extracted using N5DB Export tool.

In Batch Print File Manager, after the cards have been printed/personalized, the Start and End time was not updated accordingly

When printing using DCL cancel button did not work
Operations do not continue on batch print- Solved
When using batch manager and a problem was encountered, smartcard did not encode and CardFive stopped processing the next record. Now the batch manager continues to next record and user deal the failed records after the batch is finished.

When printing large quantities of cards, the final quantities printed were not correct.

Using Magicard Tango DCL, only was possible to print front side of the card.
 
P310i, P320i and P720 DCL problems- Solved
P310i and P320i:
DCL only detected YMCKO and K, only performed full overlay, if a printing or contactless operation was canceled, the card was not ejected. In both contact and contactless operations were done, contact was made but an error occurs on the printer (separate processes worked fine).
 
A P320i printer initialization, took place after some prompts and operations;
With P320i, right after a reset, if a print & encode operation was made, the card loaded to the contact station properly but after encoding, the back roller (in the hopper) did not functioned correctly
 
With P720 the printer offsets were always zero (it should be 16) which lead to ribbon braking, also Head Settings were zero
Black panel was printed with poor quality
Signature Pad

Tool to enable Card Publishers (CP) to protect their Mifare Secret Keys from being known to the Integrator, the entity that performs the card personalization process.
By using this tool, the CP can create an encrypted file with the secret keys for the specified Mifare Sectors.
When receiving that encrypted file, the Integrator can use CardFive Elite to write personalization data to the specified sectors without being able to know the involved secret keys.
This feature is supplied as an optional tool installable from the CD.

Eltron P320i Card printer fitted with a smart card encoder into it. Starting printing with encoding of the card, the card goes directly to the print engine instead of stopping at the smart card contact station.

Delete one object from card area (with a database connected) when you are on last record, the first record is displayed. Cut and Undo operations on card area with Database on last record returns to first record as well.
